Assembly in Full Swing: Freeze Tower Takes Shape in Kalix

The heart of our large-scale freeze dewatering machine is now taking physical form in Kalix. Following the successful completion of manufacturing, we're deep into the assembly phase, and the freeze tower, the centerpiece of our dewatering system, is rapidly coming together.

The Freeze Tower Rises - Freeze Tower Assembly
The team is currently focused on assembling the freeze tower, a critical component that will enable industrial-scale dewatering through our freeze dewatering technology.

Each section requires careful alignment, and quality control to ensure the tower will perform reliably under demanding industrial conditions. We are methodically working through each stage, bringing together components that soon will bring the whole assembly to life.
Our close collaboration with local suppliers continues to prove invaluable. The ability to quickly address design optimizations, conduct on-site inspections, and maintain constant communication ensures that assembly progresses smoothly while maintaining high quality standards.
From Concept to Reality
Watching the freeze tower take shape marks a moment in this project. What began as smaller scale machines for freeze-based dewatering is now becoming Sweden's first high volume, industrial-scale dewatering machine.
The coming weeks will see continued intensive assembly work as we integrate mechanical systems, control equipment, and safety features into the complete machine assembly.

A Milestone Worth Celebrating
This assembly phase represents more than just construction, it's proof that ambitious projects can be realized right here in northern Sweden.
The machine line will soon stand ready to demonstrate how freeze dewatering can create value from waste on an industrial scale.
