A NEW WAY TO DEWATER MATERIAL

Siccum developes and sell solutions for freeze dewatering of a vast range of materials. Siccum operate from Pajala and Luleå, Sweden.

Siccum have developed the Siccum freeze dewatering unit to make it more efficient and environmentally friendly to dewater material.Compared to conventional dewatering methods our solution enables significant financial savings and great environmental gains.

OUR TECHNOLOGY CONTRIBUTES TO THE GREEN AND CIRCULAR TRANSITION

It´s our purpose to develop more efficient ways to dewater materials to enable extraction of materials from sludges and other waste masses. This is our way to contribute to the green and circular transition. By extracting water in a efficient and environmentally friendly way Siccum open up new flows in our economy. 

 

Phosphorus in sewage sludge is a highly targeted and needed resource for use in fertilizers. The problem is to extract the phosphorus from the sewage sludge. Part of the problem is bound water and surface water contained in the sludge. Siccum see us as a key contributor to find ways to solve this problem in the future to enable a circular flow of phosphorus.
